A Love that Never Will

A love that never will
By: Angelie Cristine Pomado

I meet a man I never knew
A stranger whose intention is true
But trusting him is hard to do
Coz he might leave like others do

I felt comfort through his words
Tender on his acts, and love on his works
But doubts and ifs hold me back
Coz ones fall surely, I can't keep on track

Let everything flow freely
As flowers dance gracefully
Her Brain speaks this way
But her heart says, be careful its deadly

Fate works for both to convene
So, God intervene, for the prophecy to gain
How lovely is the scene
A lover so beautiful and plain.
