You Over Math By: Christine Joy C. Espartero You are as unique as Math. No, You are more precise. Sometimes, Math doesn't give exact value. But you, you gave me value exactly. No decimal points and no rounding off. Exactly! Like I am a number with a perfect square. Math has many twists that made my brain squeezed. Same as you, but wanting me to make the time freeze. Math gives problems that are hard to deal with. You have many solid solutions to give. But just like math, you are always simplifying them. The shadow that stood with me wherever I go, The shadow who sticks with me that’s you. You never left my side even with hurtful words You sighed and took the air in that of the woods. Keeping me may not be good and may be toxic You stayed though your heart and soul break. I am happy as the child with kite. I hold the string and keep it tight. I dream even in daylight that I am with you I can’t help to fall in love when I think it through It may not be easy for me to let you know But you have a place in my heart since years ago. If you chose to refuse this love of mine, In love with you again and again, well I don’t mind. Even it means that this heart breaks a thousand times, Just let me be and let my love pay for all the fines. The Love of a Broken Heart By: Sir N.E.B. I remember the places we marked, With love and our times until dark. Those carved trunks with our names in it, Were the times when our fire was lit. I stayed and I waited ‘till dawn. You never came, you’ve never seen. The bundles of flowers I keep and bought. But ‘twas okay and so I thought. What happened to us is what I keep asking, Those memories I thought were strong. I never thought that this will happen all along. We even sang together our perfect song. We were happy like that of the morning sun. We talked all day and it was indeed fun. I gave you my heart, and it was never a rush. But with my heart in your hand you chose to crush.

A Farewell of Love Sir N.E.B. It is with deep sadness that I say to you, I won’t hold your hand, and I will let it go That’s what my mind and soul follow But my heart whispers and says no. I look at your photos, smiles and your eyes dance amiably Your glow is different, and it speaks admittedly. You seem happy and that’s what I want you to be, Even if it means that you are happy with your fiancé. I may never have your hand to hold I may never have your lips to kiss, I may never have your body to embrace, But you will have my heart as always. Goodbyes are no goodbyes for the one who loves Yes, it is sad, it is foolish, and it hurts. But I will get over it, I know I will, Just promise me to always be well. I’ll stop, I’ll breathe, and I’ll rest.

I am on the other side of the world A thousand miles away from home Spending time in the land of the unknown And I can’t wait to return home. 365 days of sacrifices and independence, It took 12 months to stretch my patience The weeks felt like long as ever The day has come, and I couldn’t be happier I am flying tonight from a thousand miles Like doves to return where they have their lives To the land I long to return though it is not for long 365 days are gone, and I will never be alone.
